1. Selection & Cleaning

High-quality peanuts are selected and cleaned to remove dirt, shells, and impurities.

The peanuts may be blanched to remove the skin if a finer texture is desired.
2. Roasting

The peanuts are dry-roasted in ovens or roasting machines at a controlled temperature (typically 160–180°C) to enhance flavor and reduce moisture.

Cooling follows immediately to prevent over-roasting.
3. Grinding & Milling

Roasted peanuts are ground into a fine powder using a milling machine or grinder.

4. Defatting (Optional)
